Once your order is placed, please allow 1–5 business days for us to process and ship it out. We want to make sure everything is carefully packed before it heads your way!

We get it, sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to make a return, no worries!

Just make sure the item is unworn, in its original condition, and has all tags still attached. To start a return, simply create and log in to your customer account and submit a return request through your dashboard.

Please note that custom apparel is final sale and not eligible for returns. Also, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
